Additional Information

Practices

Practices are 1 hour before each Sunday game
No additional mandatory weekday practices—weekly commitment ~2 hours

Equipment

Included: Jersey & flag belt (pickup at Meet & Greet or first game)
Mouthguards: Free from Lineberger Orthodontics (visit their locations)
Required Attire: Pocket-free shorts/pants, plastic-molded cleats or athletic sneakers
Optional: Football gloves

When will my player receive equipment?

Jerseys and flag belts will be ready at Orientation or at the first game.

What equipment does my player need for the season?

Everything included: jersey & flag belt. Players will also need pocket-free shorts, a mouthguard, and plastic cleats. Gloves are optional.

When will I hear from my coach?

Coaches will reach out to families after the Virtual Meeting and before Orientation.

Will there be weekday practices?

No—practices are 1 hour before Sunday games only, so weekly commitments stay low.
